摘要
随着旅游业的不断发展,我国的酒店业也取得飞跃式的发展,在酒店的数量增加的同时,星级也在不断的提高,而且大部分新增酒店以知名连锁酒店为主,这就对从业人员的数量和质量提出了更高的要求。为满足行业对人才的需求,高职院校就要不断地研究酒店岗位的工作任务,设计基于工作过程的课程体系,完善人才培训计划,以更好地培养适应现代酒店工作需求的高等技术应用型人才。
With the development of tourism, the hotel industry has grown greatly in both quantity and quality. Many famous chain hotels newly opened up have offered demands for employees in higher standards. As the base of cultivation, higher vocational colleges should take the responsibility of researching the market, designing curriculum system based on working process, and improving cultivation plan to meet the requirements of advanced applied talents.
