采取有效措施加强校企合作,建设特色鲜明的校内生产性实训基地。以基地文化为引领,完善实训教学模式,保证学生在真实的企业环境中进行实践技能训练。学生通过生产性实训,不仅对企业文化有所认识,还增强了产品质量意识,提高了实际动手能力。以生产性实训的意义为切入点,阐明了高职院校开展生产性实训对培养学生的职业能力和职业素质具有十分重要的作用。学生就业率连年名列河北省高校就业之首,充分说明了生产性实训是加强高技能人才培养的一项根本措施,是实践教学改革的重要方向,是培养高技能人才及实现校企对接的有效途径。

This paper takes effective measures to strengthen the cooperation between colleges and en- terprises in order to construct distinctive campus productive practice base. Led by the base culture, it is advisable to perfect the practice teaching mode and make sure that the students＇ practical skills are trained in a real enterprise environment. With the help of productive practice, students can not only know something about the enterprise culture, but also strengthen the quality consciousness of the product and improve the actual operation ability. This paper uses productive practice as the breakthrough point to clarify that it is very important to carry out the productive practice to cultivate the students＇professional ability and quality in higher vocational colleges. The employment rate of the students is at the top of colleges and universities in Hebei province in successive years. It shows that productive practice is a fundamental measure to cultivate high-skilled talents. Productive practice is also an important direction of reformation in practical teaching and an effective way to realize the connection between colleges and enterprises.
