摘要
简要介绍我校青年教师现状和绩效工资特点,在对影响青年教师成长因素和我校现有激励政策进行分析的基础上,研究了在绩效工资视角下,如何促进青年教师的成长。给出了建立绩效激励制度的原则,提出了绩效工资下相关激励策略。
The paper briefly introduces the status of young teachers in Chengde Petroleum College and the characteristics of performance pay. Based on the existing incentive factors affecting the growth of young teachers and on our school analysis, the paper studies how to promote the growth of young teachers under performance salary perspective. Finally it gives the principle of establishing performance incentive system and proposes strategies for promoting performance under the policy.
