综合康复治疗联合塞来昔布对老年患者膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF COMPREHENSIVE REHABILITATIVE TREATMENT WITH CELEBREX ONKNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS IN ELDERLY PATIENTS

目的探讨综合康复治疗联合塞来昔布对老年患者膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法 54例膝骨关节炎老年患者随机分为药物组和对照组,两组均采用口服塞来昔布及常规护理,对照组另外采用物理因子治疗及运动疗法,治疗2周后采用疗效评定、VAS评分、WOMAC评分评估两组的疗效。结果两组关节肿胀及疼痛均较前改善,实验组有效率较药物组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),实验组VAS评分、WOMAC评分均较药物组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论综合康复治疗联合塞来昔布可有效减轻老年膝骨关节炎的关节肿胀及疼痛,改善关节功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To discuss the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment with Celebrex on knee osteoarthritis in elderly patients. Methods 54 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the drug group and the control group. The two groups were both orally administrated with Celebrex and given routine nursing care. The control group was otherwise given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment including physical agents therapy and kinesiotherapy. The efficacy evaluation,VAS and WOMAC scale were assessed in both groups after treatment for 2 weeks. Results The swelling and pain of joints in both groups were improved but the efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the drug group（ p〈0. 05）. The efficacy evaluation,VAS and WOMAC scale of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ p〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment with oral administration of Celebrex can significantly relieve the swelling and pain of joints in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis and improve the function of joints.
