局部应用呋麻滴鼻液及丁卡因减少鼻腔填塞物拔除时并发症的临床分析

EFFICACY OF TOPICAL APPLICATION OF EPHEDRINE AND FURACILIN NASAL DROPS COMBINED WITH TETRACAINE IN REDUCING COMPLICATIONS OF POSTOPERATIVE NASAL PACK REMOVAL

目的探索减少鼻腔填塞物拔除时并发症的方法。方法 81例鼻中隔手术后患者采用随机对照的方法,通过鼻腔填塞物局部应用呋麻滴鼻液及丁卡因或空白对照,评估鼻腔填塞物拔除时的并发症发生情况。结果鼻腔填塞物局部用药组在出血及疼痛方面优于空白对照组。结论通过呋麻滴鼻液及丁卡因的局部混合应用,达到明显减少患者鼻腔填塞物拔除的痛苦的效果。

Objective To assess the efficacy of topical application of Ephedrine and furacilin nasal drops combined with tetracaine in reducing complications of pack removal after nasal surgery. Methods 81 caseshaving undergone nasal septum surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group： the former were treated with Ephedrine and furacilin nasal drops combined with tetracaine and the blank control group. The occurrence of complications at removing nasal fillers after nasal surgery was assessed. Results The hemorrhage and pain in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the blank control group（ p〈0. 05）. Conclusion topical application of Ephedrine and furacilin nasal drops combined with tetracaineis an effective method for reducing the pains of pack removal after nasal surgery.
