摘要
目的探讨心理干预对学龄期儿童干眼症患者社会心理状况的影响。方法选取80例学龄期儿童干眼症患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表将患儿分为观察组及对照组各40例,对照组实施常规性护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施心理干预,分别于入院时及出院后3个月应用社会支持量表(SSS)、HAMA量表、HAMD量表测定两组社会心理状况及负性情绪。结果观察组干预后主观支持、支持利用度得分显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。观察组患儿干预后HAMA、HAMD评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论心理干预能有效改善学龄期儿童干眼症患者社会心理状况及负性情绪,提高患儿社会适应性,促进患儿身心健康。
Objective To discuss on the effects of psychological intervention on the social psychological status of school- age children with dry eye. Methods 80 school- age children with dry eye were selected and divided into observation group( n = 40) and control group( n = 40) according to a random number table. The routine nursing was used in control group. Based on the routine nursing,psychological intervention was implemented in the observation group. The psychological status and negative emotions of two groups before and 3 months after the patients came up for treatment were determined with Social Support Scale( SSS),HAMA scale,HAMD scale. Results The subjective support and support utilization scores of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( p〈0. 05),and the HAMA,HAMD scores of the observation group were also significantly lower than that of the control group( p〈0. 05). Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve the social psychological status,negative emotions,and the social adaptability of school- age children with dry eye,and promote their physical and mental health.
