品管圈活动在降低术中一次性医用耗材耗损率的应用

APPLICATION OF QUALITY CONTROL CIRCLE IN REDUCING THE CONSUMPTION RATE OF INTRA-OPERATIVEDISPOSABLE MEDICAL SUPPLIES

目的探索品管圈活动在降低术中一次性医用耗材耗损率中的效果与体会。方法按照品管圈的步骤和方法发动圈员自我管理,探讨手术中一次性医用耗材耗损的原因,制订相应的整改措施并组织实施。将活动前与活动后的术中一次性医用耗材耗损率进行比较。结果实施品管活动后,降低了手术中一次性医用耗材的耗损率,提高了物品供给满意度及护理工作效率,增强了护理人员的团队协作能力和集体凝聚力,节约了成本与资源。结论 "品管圈"活动在降低术中一次性医用耗材耗损率中取得了较好的效果,值得推广。

Objective To study the effects quality control circles in reducing the consumption rate of intra-operative disposable medical suppliers. Methods The team members were encouraged to implement self- management according to the steps and methods of quality control circle,develop and implement the corresponding regulation reforms by looking into the consumption reasons of disposable medical supplies. The consumption rate of intra- operative disposable medical supplies was compared before and after the application of quality control circle. Results Quality control circle effectively reduced the consumption rate of intra- operative disposable medical supplies,and improved the satisfaction of medical products supply and nursing efficiency,and enhanced the team corporation ability and collective cohesion. Conclusion Quality control circle can effectively reduce the consumption rate of intra- operative disposable medical supplies and it is worth promoting.
