探讨中医药文化和现代医院文化如何更好地相结合,提高医院核心竞争力。途径:中医文化精神可以用"仁"、"和"、"精诚"来概括,以"仁"融入医院精神文化、以"和"体现服务文化、以"精诚"打造品牌文化。
To explore how to combine the culture of traditional Chinese medicine and modern hospital culture better,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.
