摘要
目的探讨口腔修复前进行正畸治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析32例口腔修复前行正畸治疗患者的临床资料。结果 32例患者经口腔修复前正畸治疗后,牙齿咬合功能均获得良好改善,具有发音和口腔美观效果较佳,治疗过程中及治疗后均未出现明显不良反应。结论口腔修复前正畸治疗可获取理想的修复基础,有效保留牙髓的活性。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of orthodontic before prosthodontics treatment. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with orthodontic before prosthodontics treatment were retrospective analyzed. Results After orthodontic treatment, all of 32 patients attained a good teeth bite function, but also has better sound and aesthetic effect. There were no obvious adverse reactions at the course of treatment and after treatment. Conclusion The treatment of orthodontic before prosthodontics treatment can be made a satisfactory and effective basis, and retain the activity of pulp.
