代谢综合症患者静脉输注高危药物的流程管理

THE PROCESS MANAGEMENT IN INTRAVENOUS INFUSION OF HIGH- RISK DRUGS FOR PATIENTS WITH METABOLIC SYNDROME

目的探讨流程管理在代谢综合症患者高危药物静脉输注中的应用效果。方法对48例使用高危药物的代谢综合症患者(B组)按流程管理进行护理,建立输注高危药物的穿刺、观察、拔针等操作流程,以及常见问题与并发症处理、健康教育流程,并对流程的执行情况进行质控整改。并与50例按常规静脉输液法进行护理的患者(A组)进行比较。观察流程管理实施前后输注高危药物时不良事件的发生率及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果实施流程管理后B组在输注高危药物时不良事件的发生率明显少于A组,而患者满意度明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论在代谢综合症患者高危药物静脉输注过程中运用流程管理,可减少护理不良事件的发生,提高患者满意度,保障护理安全,促进护理管理的规范化建设。

Objective To explore the effects of process management in intravenous infusion of high - risk drugs for patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods The process of intravenous infusion of high - risk drugs for pa- tients with metabolic syndrome was built up and included injection, observation and withdrawal of needles, while the process of dealing with common problems and complications and offering health education was built. The operation of both processes was analyzed by quality control and thus corrected. Results fter the operation of process management, the incidence of adverse events in intravenous infusion of high - risk drugs in Group B was obviously higher than that in Group B, and the satisfaction with nursing in Group B was obviously lower than that in Group B. These differences were significant（p 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion AThe application of process management in intravenous infusion of high -risk drugs for patients with metabolic syndrome can reduce the incidence of adverse events in nursing, increase the satisfaction with nursing, protect nursing security and improve the construction of standardization in nurs- ing management.
