医学人文素质教育评价方法的研究现状

THE CURRENT RESEARCH STATUS OF EVALUATION METHODS FOR MEDICAL HUMANITIES QUALITY EDUCATION

现代医学模式的转变要求医学生具有较高的人文素质,但如何评估人文素质教育工作,目前国内尚未形成共识。笔者通过整理关于医学人文素质评价研究的已发表文献,发现我国人文素质的概念尚不统一、人文素质评价标准差异较大、现行评价方法存在诸多不足,因而,研究医学生人文素质教育评价理论依据、明确人文素质内涵、规范评价标准、建立可操作化的医学生人文素质评价体系是开展人文素质评价方法研究的当务之急。

The transformation of modem medical mode demands high requirement of humanities quality for medical students. But as for how to assess the quality of humanity quality education work, there is not yet a consensus domestically. By way of collating the published literatures concerning the assessment and research of humanity quality education, we found that the concept of humanity is not yet unified, humanities quality evaluation criteria are disparate, and there are many deficiencies in the current evaluation methods. Thus, it is urgent to study the evaluation theory of medical humanities education, make a clear connotation of humanities quality, formulate standardized evaluation criteria, and establish an operational evaluation system to evaluate humanities quality education.
