133例霍奇金淋巴瘤中EBERs表达与临床分期、疗效相关性分析

THE CORRELATION BETWEEN EBERS EXPRESSION AND CLINICAL STAGE/CHEMOTHERAPY EFFECT IN 133 CASES OF HODGKIN'S LYMPHOMA

目的探讨霍奇金淋巴瘤中EBV感染情况,通过EBERs原位杂交,分析其表达与HL临床分期之间的关系;此外,进一步探讨EBV的感染对于HL化疗疗效的影响。方法收集了133例霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的石蜡标本、以及查阅详细的临床资料,进行EBERs原位杂交染色,统计分析EBERs的表达与临床分期之间的关系;统计EBV阳性与阴性例数,分组分析EBV对化疗总有效率的影响。结果 Pearson相关分析显示,EBERs的表达与临床分期呈正相关;单因素统计显示,EBV阳性组化疗有效率低于EBV阴性组。结论EBERs的表达率高的HL患者其临床分期较晚,EBV阳性患者化疗有效率欠佳,提示EBERs可作为HL的独立预后因素。

Objective To analyze the relationship between EBERs expression and the clinical stage in Hodgkin＇s lymphoma, and explore the infection of EBV affecting the therapeutic effect on patients with HL. Methods The paraffinembedded sections and clinical data of 133 patients of HL receiving ABVD regimen chemotherapy for 4 - 6 cycles were collected. The experiment of EBERs in situ hybridization staining was done to analyze the correlation of EBERs expression and clinical stage. The infection of EBV affecting the therapeutic effect on patients with HL was computed. Results According to Pearson correlation analysis, EBERs expression was positively correlated with clinical stages. According to the results of single factor analysis, patients with EBV （ ＋ ） had better curative effect than that of EBV （ - ）. Conclusion Patients with higher expression of EBERs may have late clinical stage, and the patients with EBV （ ＋ ） have worse chemotherapy effect. EBV may be the independent factors for affecting the curative effects of HL chemotherapy.
