扶正降浊方治疗高尿酸合并高脂血症76例临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATIONS OF FUZHENG-JIANGZHUO PRESCRIPTION IN TREATMENT OF 76 CASES OF HIGH URIC ACID COMBINED WITH HYPERLIPIDEMIA

目的观察扶正降浊方对高血尿酸合并高血脂症76例患者的临床疗效。方法按入选标准收集选择符合条件的76例高血尿酸并高血脂症患者,按随机盲法分为治疗组38例和对照组38例,对照组给予西药常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组西药基础上加以中药扶正降浊方,两组分别给药治疗60 d后,评价扶正降浊方联合西药治疗的总体疗效、患者肝肾功能,和对患者尿酸(UA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)指标的影响。结果两组治疗后,两组肝肾功能无异常,治疗组和对照组的高尿酸指标:无效者分别为1人和7人,有效率分别为97.37%和81.58%,有效率组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组高血脂指标:无效者分别为2人和9人,有效率分别为94.74%和76.32%,有效率组间比较非常显著性差异(P<0.01);两组患者UA、TC和HDL-C治疗后组间比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组治疗前后UA、TC和HDL-C值比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后UA、TC值比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论扶正降浊方具有安全性,且能降低患者血中UA、TG、TC含量和升高HDL-C含量作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Fuzheng - Jiangzhuo prescription on 76 cases of high uric acid combined with hyperlipidemia. Methods 76 patients of high uric acid combined with hyperlipidemia selected according to the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group equally. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western Medicine while the patients in the treatment group were addi- tionally treated with Fuzheng - Jiangzhuo prescription. After 60 days of treatment, the overall efficacy was evaluated including hepatorenal functions and changes of uric acid （UA）, triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC） and high - density lipoprotein （ HDL - C）. Results Hepatic and renal disorders were not detected in the two groups after treat- ment. In the treatment group and the control group, the effective rate for high uric acid was 97.37% and 81.58% re- spectively, with significant differences between the groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the effectiveness rate of hyperlipidemia was 94.74% and 76.32% respectively, with significant difference between the two group （P 〈 0.01 ）. There were significant differences in the levels of UA, TC and HDL - C between two groups after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05）, and there were both significant differences （P 〈 0. 05） before and after treatment in the levels of UA, TC and HDL - C in the treatment group. In the control group, only the levels of UA and TC showed significant differences before and after treatment. Conclusion Fuzheng - Jiangzhuo prescription could reduce the levels of UA, TG and TC and increase HDL- C content of patients safely.
