摘要
新形势下,有效推进纪检监察部门"转职能、转方式、转作风"(简称"三转")是形势所迫,使命所然,势在必行,时不我待。但是,目前公立医院"三转"工作运行中仍然面临着理解偏差、等待观望、动作迟缓等困境,必须采取有效措施加以推进,做到上下联动,全国"一盘棋",形成全面从严治党、遏制腐败蔓延势头的完整链条。
Under the new conditions, it is essential for Discipline Inspection Departments to make effective promotions of ＂function, method and style transformations＂. At present, public hospitals are still facing serious di- lemmas in implementing the three transformations, such as misunderstanding the meanings, slowly initiating actions. In order to resolve such problems, the upper level Discipline Inspection organizations must enhance the impacts of leadership to strengthen the strict construction of Discipline Inspection Team. Only in this way can we combat the corruption.
