摘要
通过对综合医院在总量预付制下医保管理的实践,探索"事前谋划、事中管控、事后分析"的医保管理模式,提出构建医保协商谈判机制和风险分担机制,注重精细化管,完善医保支付制度改革的思考。
This paper explores that through practicing medicare management of the general hospital in total - prepaid system, the Medicare management mode of ＇ planning before medical insurance, control in the process and analysis after medical insurance＇ and propose establishment of a medical insurance consultation and negotiation and risk - sharing mechanisms, focusing on fine management to improve the reform of Medicare payment system.
