摘要
目的 为了解佛山地区健康人群血脂水平现状,为临床心血管疾病的防治提供参考。方法采用AU6400和HITACHI 7180对2 298例健康人群进行TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG水平测定,比较不同年龄间和不同年龄性别时血脂水平差异及血脂异常患病率。结果 结果显示,30~39、40~49、≥50岁三者间之间HDL-C无统计学意义(P〉0.05),三者与20~29岁之间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);TC、LDL-C组别之间进行比较差异有统计学意义;40~49岁与≥50岁之间TG差异无统计意义(P〉0.05),二者与20~29、30~39岁之间相互比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。20~29、30~39、40~49岁中TC、TG、LDL-C男性都高于女性,而HDL-C则低于女性;≥50岁中男性除TG高于女性外,其余结果都低于女性;除20~29岁男女之间TC、LDL-C差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)外,男女之间TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C都有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 佛山地区人群血脂异常患病率随着年龄的增加而呈现上升趋势,针对该人群的研究对预防心脑血管疾病具有重要意义。
Objective To get the knowledge of the present serum lipid levels for the healthy population in Foshan and provide a clinical reference for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Methods The TC, HDL - C, LDL - C and TG levels were tested for 2 298 healthy people by the means of AU6400 and HITACHI 7180. The serum lipid level and prevalence rate of dyslipidemia were compared in terms of age and gender. Results For the HDL- C level among groups of 30 -39, 40 -49 and I〉50 years old, the differences were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ) , but they were when compared with the group of 20 - 29 - year - old people ( P 〈 0.05 ). The differences between TC and LDL - C groups were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , while the TG level between 40 49 and 1〉50 groups was not (P 〉 0.05 ) , two of which were statistically significant when compared with the 20 29 and 30 - 39 groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The male' s TC, TG, LDL - C levels in 20 - 29, 30 - 39 and 40 - 49 groups were higher than the female group, however, their HDL - C level lower. For the ≥50 group, the levels of the males were all lower than those of the female group with the exception of TG. The differences in TC, TG, HDL - C, LDL - C levels between male and female groups were statistically significant except the TC and LDL - C levels in 20 - 29 groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia for people in Foshan grows with age. For these high - risk groups, the study is of significance for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
