摘要 大学生公选课的选课行为对完善高等学校课程体系、合理配置师资具有重大意义,以成都某高校"营养、膳食与疾病"为例开展实证研究发现,教务管理、学生自我中心、教师魅力、教师教学管理以及教师教学能力是大学生选课行为的重要影响因素。可以通过改善教务管理、指导学生有效选课、提升教师教育及教学能力等策略措施,以期能够有助于学校改进公选课的教学和管理提供决策依据。 Pubhc courses elective behavior of college students has great significance for colleges and universities to improve the curriculum system and rationally allocate teachers. A case study has been carried out on "Nutrition,Diet and Disease" of one university in Chengdu.The results show that the educational administration, the students' self center, the teacher's charm, the teacher's teaching management and teaching ability are the important factors for the college students' to choose courses. The paper suggests that it will be of great help for the colleges and universities to improve the teaching and management of public elective courses by perfecting educational administration, guiding students effec- tively selecting courses as well as improving the education and teaching ability of teachers,and hopefully it will provide decision-making basis.
