伴发关节肿痛表现的肾移植细小病毒B19感染1例

One case report of human parvovirus B19 infection in a renal transplant recipient with arthritis as the initial manifestation

摘要 1临床资料 患者,女,37岁,体重50 kg。2015年2月27日因＂肾移植术后7个月,乏力、尿少伴双下肢浮肿1周＂入院。患者2009年出现血压偏高,140/100 mmHg,未予重视。2011年6月出现全身浮肿,在我院肾内科查血肌酐900μmol/L,遂开始血液透析（血透）治疗。2014年7月在我院行同种异体肾移植术,术前、术后第4天分别给予巴利昔单抗20 mg静脉给药。
