氟喹诺酮类药物与孔源性视网膜脱离 被引量:2

Fluoroquinolone and risk of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment

摘要 喹诺酮类是含4-喹诺酮基本结构的合成抗菌药物。喹诺酮类作用于细菌的脱氧核糖核酸(DNA),抑制DNA旋转酶,造成细菌DNA的不可逆损害而起抗菌作用。1979年合成诺氟沙星,随后又合成一系列含氟的新喹诺酮类药,通称为氟喹诺酮类。目前临床应用较多的有诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、氟罗沙星等。对多种革兰阴性菌有杀菌作用,其抗菌作用的特点和较高的组织浓度分布对社区获得性感染具有极好的效果。
