抗日战争时期无数的文艺家都投入了民族救亡的伟大历史潮流之中,创作了各种门类的艺术品,有力地打击了日本侵略者,鼓舞了人民,他们的名字与作品如长天不落的星辰,闪烁在华夏的天宇,不少作品至今仍然流传在人民中间,是中国新文化中的珍宝。为了表彰这些人为民族解放所做出的贡献,在中华民族崛起的今天,我们高声呼唤他们的名字,首先是为了铭记历史,同时也是为了发扬现代文化的威力,展示抗日战争时期文艺家作为革命文艺战线成员的历史作用,推动以人民为中心的创作导向的进一步落实,促进人民的社会主义文艺进一步的发展与繁荣。

During the War of Resistance Against Japan,countless experts of literature and art threw themselves into the great historical trend of saving the Chinese nation from extinction,creating different kinds of works of art which gave the enemies an effective blow and encouraged the people. Their names and art products flicker like shining stars in the sky. Lots of the works are still known to people,and they are the treasures in the culture of China. To honor what they have contributed to the national liberation,we loudly call out their names at the time when the Chinese nation has risen from the horizon,firstly for remembering the part of history,and in addition for developing the power of the modern culture,show ing the historical functions of the experts of literature and art as revolutionary fighters in the war,making further efforts for the practice of creation orientation centered on the people,and promoting further developments and prosperities of the socialist literature and art for the people.
