农村留守老人生活现状调查——以宿迁市沭阳县所属的三个乡镇为调查背景

Status Survey on the Left-behind Elderly in Countryside——Taking Three Subsidiary Towns of Shuyang County Suqian City as Samples

城市化进程加速了新时期土地流转工作的有序进行,原本大批以种田为生的农民纷纷走出乡村,到发达城市经商、务工,以寻求更好的发展。以宿迁市沭阳县下属的3个乡镇为例,通过入户调查及问卷等方式,对该县下属三个乡镇220户留守老人的经济收入、健康情况、亲子关系以及精神生活现状进行调查。结论是:农村留守老人在经济收入、医疗保障、情感需求等方面存在不同程度的缺失。农村留守老人的生活幸福与否无疑是建设和谐社会主义新农村的重要课题,应该引起各级政府部门的高度重视。

Urbanization accelerates the land transference in an orderly way during the new period. Huge amount of farmers that originally lived on farming moved out of the countryside,and began to do business or work as migrant labor in the developed cities around,to seek better development. Taking three subsidiary tow ns of Shuyang County Suqian City as samples,this paper investigated the economic incoming,health conditions,parenthood,and spiritual life status of two hundred and tw enty remained elderly by ways such as household survey and questionnaire. The conclusion is that,for those remained elderly in rural areas,there are various lacks of economic conditions,medical insurance,and emotional needs. The happy life of remained elderly is an important issue in building new socialist harmonious countryside,government department at all levels should take this problem into great importance.
