论抗日时期中华职业教育社对广西职业教育的贡献

Chinese Vocational Education Society's Contribution to Guangxi Vocational Education in the War of Resistance

黄炎培"教育救国"及职业教育应帮助学生"谋生计"的思想、学校办学经费创收机构的设立是桂林职业学校形成自身特点主要原因。黄炎培出国考察与国统区教育改革实验大环境,为桂林中华职业补习学校培养学生实行"三跨",提供了时代条件及历史背景。桂林的地理位置与广西省已经具有一定的职业教育规模,是客观原因;同时,在我党民族统一战线政策感召下,新桂系军阀对教育活动实行了宽松的地方政策;黄炎培大职业教育思想的宏观指导;中华职业教育社将职业教育活动与抗日宣传政治活动紧密结合等为主观原因。

There are bothsubjective and objective reasons for that Chinese Vocational Education Society were able to make contribution to vocational education in Guangxi. The objective one is that because of its geographic location,Guilin had already laid a foundation of vocational education from late Qing dynasty to early Republican period. While on the other hand,called upon by the Communist Party＇s united fronts policy,warlords in Guangxi adopted easing policy on education. Besides,HUANG Yanpei,the famous educator of the time,gave macro guidance to development of vocational education. Finally,the Chinese Vocational Education Society＇s practice of closely relating vocational education with political propaganda activities of anti-Japanese aggression,adopting scientific teaching methods and placing great emphasis on graduate employment is also key reason for its achievements.
