加强应用型人才职业道德教育的策略研究

Strategies of Enhancing Professional Ethics Education of Application-oriented Talents

应用技术大学是基于地方经济发展需求,以职业岗位能力为目标的专业人才培养体系。应用型人才培养注重实践素质和职业道德素质。良好的职业道德素质对应用型人才自身职业发展、用人单位及地方本科院校的长远发展具有重要作用。处于转型发展探索阶段的地方本科院校在大学生职业道德教育方面存在一些问题,可从加强大学生职业道德教育的重视程度、改进教学实践环节、加强校园文化建设等方面着手解决。

Application-oriented college is part of professional talents cultivating system based on the needs of local economic development and oriented as fostering professional skills. Compared with the cultivation of academy-oriented and research-oriented talents,the cultivation of application-oriented talents focuses more on application qualities and professional ethics. Good professional ethics is not only crucial to the development of application talents themselves but also to the development of the employers,as well as to the development of local colleges. There are some problems concerning professional ethics education in local colleges as they are in the transitional period. To solve these problems,professional ethics education should be enhanced,practical teaching should be improved and campus culture construction should be strengthened.
