摘要 基于铝合金车用空调头盖的结构特点,设计了2套不同的浇注系统并运用铸造模拟软件Anycasting对2种不同浇注系统下的压铸件进行了充型和凝固过程模拟,对充型和凝固时间以及可能出现的铸造缺陷进行了预测,并通过生产验证和质量检验,得出了较优的浇注系统。 According to the structural characteristics of a car bonnet in air conditioning that made of aluminum alloy, two different gating systems were designed and the filling 'and so- lidifying process were simulated by casting simulation software Anycasting. The time of fill- ing and solidification and the possible defects of casting were predicted, and by the way of production verification and quality inspection, the better gating system was chosen.
