基于Autoform的轿车左B柱内上板冲压成形模拟研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用Autoform软件对轿车左B柱内上板的成形过程进行了数值模拟研究。通过对压边力和摩擦因数设置不同的值进行计算,分析其对成形结果的影响。经多次模拟计算与分析,确定了最佳工艺参数,并对零件成形后的回弹进行了模拟计算。模拟结果与试验结果基本一致,验证了模拟结果的准确性。 The study was made by using Autoform to simulate the forming process of a upper inner plate of automotive left column B. The influence of different blank holder force and friction coefficient on the forming results was analyzed. The best process parameters were determined after simulation calculation and analysis, also the springback of parts was simulated. The simulation results were in accord with the experimental results, and the accuracy of the simulation results was verified.
