摘要
以SUV车型为例,介绍了汽车整体侧围的拉深工艺与模具设计。通过改变制件冲压方向,增加工艺补充面,利用制件的法兰边做压料面,合理确定毛坯形状和布置拉深筋以及采取单动拉深工艺等措施,解决了制件生产中的开裂和凹陷问题,生产的制件质量合格,对同类制件的生产有一定借鉴作用。
Taking the SUV as an example, the drawing process of general side round of the car and its die design were presented. The blank shape, drawbeads arrangement and once drawing process were reasonably determined through changing the punching direction, adding the process additional surface and using the flange of part as the binder surface. It solved the problems of cracking and depression in the production and the products＇ quality were qualified.
