硅胶透镜注射成型工艺分析与模具设计

摘要 以LED照明行业的发展为背景,介绍了二次透镜在LED照明行业的应用,并指出了硅胶透镜相比传统的玻璃透镜及塑料透镜的优势与不足。重点阐述了硅胶透镜的注射成型工艺、成型模具设计及流道系统对成型工艺的影响;最后成功设计制造出应用于汽车头灯硅胶透镜的注射模,并生产出满足一定性能要求的硅胶透镜。 Based on the background of the development of LED lighting industry, the sec- ond lens in the application of LED lighting industry was introduced. Compared to the tradi- tional glass lens and plastic lens, the advantages and disadvantages of the silicone lens were pointed out. The silicone lens injection forming process and the effect of mould de- sign and runner system on forming process were focused on. Finally, the injection mould for automobile lights silicone lens was successfully designed and manufactured, and the sili- cone lens products had met some performance requirements.
