摘要
研究开发了一种基于模具设计制造全过程精益管控的无线射频识别(RFID)物联网技术,并将该技术应用于模具CAM设计、CNC加工、CMM测量、EDM放电、模具组装、试模等全过程,改变了传统模具工业离散式制造加工的模式,实现了模具自动化加工和整个过程的信息化管理,提高了生产效率,减少了各个工序的差错率,降低了人工成本和制造成本。
Atechnology that radio frequency identification (RFID) internet of things (IOT) based on the precision control of the entire die & mould design and manufacturing processes was researched and developed. The technique has been applied in die &mould CAM design, CNC processing, CMM measurement, EDM processing, die &mould assembly, and debugging. By using the technique, the discrete processing pattern of the traditional die &mould industry has been changed, and the information management of the entire die &mould automatic processing processes was fulfilled. Finally, the production efficiency was promoted, the error rates of every working procedure were decreased.
