从战术的角度结合具体产品介绍了液晶面板产品成本控制的重要性,分析了产品成本的结构与各部品的核算与预估方法,并结合产品收益性提出了有效的成本控制实施途径。
This paper analyzes the importance of the cost control of LCD panel product from the point of view of tactics, analyzes the structure of product cost and the prediction method of the product cost, and puts forward the effective cost control method.
