摘要
在多刚体动力学理论的基础上,利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了某款汽车空调模式风门及控制机构的仿真模型,对各个风门的运动规律及控制机构受力情况进行了仿真分析。并通过改进模式分配盘的凸轮型线,有效地降低了控制机构的最大拉力。这种基于虚拟样机软件的仿真方法为空调模式风门控制机构的设计及优化提供了一种快捷、切实可行的方法。
In this paper, on the basis of multi-rigid-body dynamics theory, a model was established based on the dynamics simulation software ADAMS automotive air conditioning mode simulation model of damper and the control mechanism for each damper motion and control mechanism of stress distribution are analyzed in the simulation.And by improving the plate CAM contour line of the pattern distribution, effectively reduce the maximum tension control mechanism.This kind of simulation method based on virtual prototype software for air conditioning mode air door control mechanism design and optimization provides a fast and feasible method.
