摘要
大数据时代为联盟企业带来了机遇与挑战。大数据影响着企业的日常活动,企业在选择企业战略联盟合作伙伴时,应注重大数据的影响。本文将大数据资源引入到企业战略联盟合作伙伴的选择中,提出了企业战略联盟合作伙伴的指标体系,并在此基础上构建了企业战略联盟合作伙伴选择模型,目的是能够使企业在战略联盟过程中能够成功实施并且稳定发展。
The advent of big data has brought opportunities and challenges to alliance enterprises. Big data affects the daily activities of the enterprise, when choosing strategic alliance partners, enterprises should pay attention to the influence of big data. This paper will be introduced to the big data resources in the choice of strategic alliance partners, and it puts forward the index system of strategic alliance partners. On this basis,it builds the strategic alliance partner selection model so as to promote the successful implementation and stable development of strategic alliance.
