摘要
结合某快速路工程的大悬臂预应力盖梁结构,分析了上部结构为小箱梁的预应力盖梁在不同的施工步骤下,预应力盖梁结构的应力状态,以及达到相同的应力水平下,盖梁所需要的最小配束情况。对比了沿一个方向依次架梁、由内及外架梁、由外及内架梁三种情况下的盖梁截面最大应力,并通过改变施工顺序,优化了预应力盖梁的配束,为今后预应力盖梁的设计及施工提供了参考。
In combination with the structure of a large cantilever prestressed cap beam of an express wayproject, the prestressed cap beam with an upper structure of a small box beam under different construction procedures, the stress state of prestressed cap beam structure and the smallest configuration required by cap beamafter reaching the same stress level are analyzed. The maximum stress of cap beam cross - section under three conditions of setting a beam, setting a beam from inside to outside and setting a beam from outside to insidesuccessively along one direction is compared. Through changing the construction sequence, the configuration of prestressed cap beam is optimized, thus providing reference for the design and construction of prestressed cap beamin the future.
