摘要 为了研究掺加玄武岩纤维低噪声沥青混合料的路用性能,根据原材料的性质,在进行混合料配合比设计的基础上,确定了最佳油石比和玄武岩纤维的掺量,并通过室内试验测试了其高低温性能和水稳定性。结果表明:玄武岩纤维低噪声沥青混合料的最佳油石比为5.0%,纤维掺量为0.3%;掺加0.3%玄武岩纤维混合料的动稳定度提高了14.8%;掺加玄武岩纤维后混合料的抗弯拉强度和最大弯拉应变分别提高了12.4%、25.2%;掺加纤维的混合料劈裂强度增加了0.11MPa,提高了12%,掺加纤维的冻融劈裂强度比稍大。 In order to study the road performance of low - noise asphalt mixture with basalt fiber, the optimum asphalt- aggregate ratio and basalt fiber content were determined depending on the nature of raw materials and based on the mix proportion design. And its high and low temperature performances and water stability were measured by laboratory tests. The results show that the optimum asphalt - aggregate ratio is 5.0% and basalt fiber content is 0.3%. The dynamic stability with 0.3% basalt fiber is improved by 14.8%. The flexural strength and maximum bending tensile strain increase by 12.4% , 25.2% through adding basalt fiber. The splitting strength of basalt fiber mixture increase 0. llMPa and by 12%, and its freeze - thaw splitting strength ratio is slightly larger than the mixture without basalt fiber.
