基于公路灵活性设计,采用美国道路路侧安全评价软件RSAP对典型路段进行评价与分析,通过对公路的路侧安全护栏、排水沟等多项路侧安全措施进行比选、分析和选定,系统分析了灵活性设计方法下典型路段路侧安全,提出了"等效补偿"的新理念及最优改善措施,提高了道路行车安全性。

This article based on the design of highway flexibility, using the American roadside safetyassessment software RSAP to evaluation and analysis of the typical sections of road, through comparison, analysis, and selecte some of the highway roadside safety measures such as safety barriers, drains and so on, systematicanalysis the roadside safety of the typical sections of road, which under the flexibility design method, put forward the new concept of ＂equivalent compensation＂ and the optimal improvement measures, to improve the traffic safety ofroad.
