摘要
针对道路中水泥稳定碎石基层开裂问题,采用掺入聚丙烯纤维的方法来改善水泥稳定碎石的抗裂性能,分别从机理分析、施工材料组成设计、施工工艺注意事项以及性能检测和效果分析等方面进行研究。结果表明:掺聚丙烯纤维的水泥稳定碎石结构层检测指标满足规范要求,且可以减少基层裂缝产生并改善水泥稳定基层的抗裂性能,对其在市政道路基层中的应用有指导和借鉴作用。
To solve the problem of cracking of cement stabilized macadam base in municipal roads, the article adopted the method of adding polypropylene fibers to cement - stabilized aggregate mixtures. At the same time, the paper make a better applied research on the mechanism of action, construction materials composition, technology construction notes, performance monitoring and impact analysis and so on. The results show that the detection index of the structural layer can meet regulatory requirements and it can reduce cracks and improve the grass -roots anti -cracking performance of cement stabilized base, providing guidance and reference for its application in the municipal road base.
