党的十八大首次提出"清正廉洁"是中国共产党的政治本色,还将"清正廉洁"作为加强党的执政能力建设、先进性和纯洁性建设的鲜亮旗帜。自觉弘扬清正廉洁精神,是全社会的共同关切,党的纯洁性建设的现实明镜与时代旗帜,是坚持中国特色社会主义反腐倡廉道路,全面推进惩治和预防腐败体系建设的必然抉择。

The CPC, on the Eighteenth National Congress, For the first time, proposed＂honesty and uprightness＂to be the political nature of the Communist Party of China, and regarded it as the mottos of strengthening the party＇s ruling ability construction, keeping advanced and pure. Consciously promoting the spirit of ＂honesty and uprightness＂is the real mirror and era flag of the constrruction of the Party＇s purity and the inevitable choice in terms of holding on to the anti-corruption road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and comprehensively promoting punishing and preventing corruption system construction.
