摘要
伴随着酒店业的快速发展以及教育教学改革的全面推进,高职院校的酒店人才培养数量和质量都有了明显改善,但与企业需求仍然存在差距,人才紧缺现象依然存在。基于人才培养模式的关键作用,对国内外酒店专业人才培养模式进行梳理,结合江苏农林职业技术学院酒店管理专业的实际情况,构建了"334"人才培养模式,力图探索一条适合高职酒店管理专业人才培养的路子。
Along with the rapid development of the hotel industry and comprehensive promotion of educational reform, the quantity and quality of the hotel personnel training of higher vocational colleges have a significant improvement. There are still problems such as talent shortage. Based on the key role of the training model, the research of domestic and international hotel personnel training mode and research the actual situation of Jiangsu Agriculture and Forestry Vocational and Technical College of hotel management major, we build a"334"personnel training mode for hotel management major of higher vocational college.
