推进高校管办评分离的对策研究

On Promoting the Separation of Supervision Management and Assessment

随着社会日新月异的高速发展,国家对高等教育的要求越来越高,各大高校要培养出真正适应社会需求,具有创新精神的研究型、高技能人才成为大势所趋。但是,我国高校的现状却令人堪忧。高校特色缺乏,千校一面,成为最大问题。为从根源上解决问题,促进高校自由、健康、可持续发展,笔者提出了大力推进高校管办评分离,政府管、学校办、社会评有机结合的思路与对策。

With the rapid development of modern society,the national requirement for higher education is becoming higher and higher, universities should cultivate the high knowledge talents with innovative spirit to meet the needs of the society. However, the current situation of our universities is worrying. Lacking characteristics and no individual features of thousands school are becoming the great problems. To solve the problem from the root cause, and promote free, healthy and sustainable development of colleges, the author puts forward that we should promote the separation of supervision management and assessment,the organic combination of governments supervising education, universities running education and the society assessing education can be transferred to the education, and promote the long-term development of higher education in China.
