Taking Market Demand as Guidance to Promote High Quality Employment in Higher Vocational Colleges

面向市场促进高职大学生就业是国家对高职院校办学的政策导向,所以实现毕业生的高质量就业是高职院校的重要任务,也是实现高职院校内涵式发展的重要内容。本文抓住市场发展、企业对人才的能力要求、企业人力资源管理、企业与高职院校的对接等方面对高职院校的要求,从高职院校的教育办学着手,初步探索了实现其高质量就业的有效途径。

Achieving graduates＇high quality employment, as an essential part of connotative development, is an important task of higher vocational colleges. Since higher vocational colleges are market and employment oriented, this paper is focus on the market demand, enterpises＇requirement for talents, enterprises＇human resources management, and the cooperation between enteprises and colleges.It start from the vocational education, and explores the basic way to achieve high quality employment in Higher Vocational colleges.
