甘肃省红色教育资源开发利用的调查与思考

The Development and Utilization of Red Education Resources in Gansu Province

甘肃不仅是中国工农红军二万五千里长征的途经地和会师地,还是中国西部最早红色革命政权的诞生地,也是红西路军悲壮历史的见证地。甘肃的红色教育资源有着数量多、品质高、分布相对集中、贯穿革命、建设、改革三大时期的特点,是广大党员干部群众追思先烈、缅怀英灵,接受红色革命教育,坚定理想信念和开展"红色旅游"的理想之地。新形势下,甘肃省要进一步加强保护"硬资源",抢救整理"软资源";深入挖掘内涵,打造红色品牌;制定长远规划,理顺管理体系;开发精品课程,增强培训效果,把本省丰富的红色教育资源开发好、保护好、利用好。

The Gansu province is not only the realignment place of The Red Army＇s Long March, but also is the birthplace of the earliest red revolutionary regime in Western China and the place where the Red West Route Army created its tragic history. The red education resources of Gansu have such characteristics like large quantity, high quality, comparatively concentratedly distribu- ted and including three periods ; the Revolution, the Instruction and the Reform. Gansu is an ideal place for Party members and cadres mourning martyrs, cherishing the red memory of the souls, accepting red revolutionary education, firming ideal faith and developing red tourism. In the new circumstance, Gansu province should protect hard red resources and save soft red resources, mine connotations and create red brand, make long-time plan and organize management system, devel- op competitive courses and enhance the training effect, finally protect and utilize the provincial red education resources well.
