高校考试管理改革之思考

Thoughts about the Reform of Examination Management in Colleges and Universities

考试作为教学过程的重要环节,对人才培养和教学质量均起到检测、指引导向、反馈修正等多方面的作用,针对现阶段高等院校考试管理中出现的有失规范、功能缺失等问题,作者通过对甘肃某高校考试管理制度改革和试卷评价的梳理、总结,从构建全程化的考核机制、强化考试反馈功能、变革考试方式、尝试"卓越课程"等四个方面提出了自己对考试管理的思考。

As an essential step, exam pays a role in checking, directing and correcting to talents training and quality of teaching ,which reflects the existing problems that standards and feedback functions are lack in examination management in colleges and universities. Through carding and summarizing the reform of examination management system and the evaluation of examination pa- per of a certain university in Gansu, the author puts forward his own thinking about examination management from constructing the whole process of the assessment mechanism, strengthening examination feedback functions, changing examination methods and trying ＂excellent courses＂.
