摘要
高职院校五年一贯制教育目前尚处于起步阶段,但招生就业前景光明。因此如何构建人才培养教学管理与评价体系是摆在各高职院校面前的新课题。本文对高职院校五年一贯制人才培养教学管理与评价的目的、对象及如何构高职院校五年一贯制人才培养教学管理与评价体系建进行了初步探讨,并对组织实施过程中出现的问题进行分析。
Five-year higher vocational education is still in its infancy, but there is a good prospect in students' recruitment and employment. Therefore, how to build the teaching management and evaluation system becomes a new study subject for higher vocational colleges. This essay discusses the purpose, the object and the construction of the teaching management and evaluation system, and also analyzes the problems that may exist during the implementation process.
