The skills and application of international business correspondence play very important role in international trade. However, with the normal methods, effects were not satisfactory. This essay briefly introduces the definition and function of bilingual corpus, discusses in detail the construction rules, the construction process, and the research and application o{ bilingual corpus, with a view to exploring the new way of improving the international business correspondence course teaching and training.
