摘要
当前,国内较多高职院校与澳大利亚博士山学院合作开办中外办学专业,为了更好地学习TAFE体系下课程设置的相关思想,找出中外办学差异,吸收澳方办学精华,本文介绍了澳大利亚TAFE体系、普通物流专业与澳大利亚TAFE体系下《物流客户服务》课程的相关情况,主要从教学组织模式、课程定位、课程目标、课程内容、考核方式五个方面进行分析,旨在为中澳合作办学及国内物流管理专业《物流客户服务》课程的开设及课程改革提供参考。
At present, many higher vocational colleges in China are cooperating with BOX Hill College of Australia. In order to get a better knowledge of the course setting concept in TAFE system, this essay introduces Australian TAFE system, logistic specialty development and Logistics Customer Service course setting in TAFE, and makes analysis from teaching organization, course positioning, course goal, course content, and course assessment, with a view to provide reference for Sino-Australia cooperation in school-running and Logistics Customer Service course setting and course reform.
