西藏边境地区非法越境管控的困境与思考

A Study on the Difficulties and Countermeasures of the Management and Control of Crossing the Border Illegally in Tibet

分析了非法越境管控面临的困难,提出加强队伍政治建设、完善法律法规、加强宣传教育、规范边民出入境管理、增强边境管控、加强与境外部门合作的对策,以期对西藏边境地区出入境管理有所裨益。

This article analyzes the challenges of the management and control of crossing the border illegally, point- ing out the countermeasures, such as strengthening the construction of team of political, perfecting laws and regula- tions, strengthening the publicity and education, standardizing the border entry and exit management, border con- trols, the cooperation with overseas agencies to improve the entry and exit management of the border residents in Ti-bet.
