通过构建扁平化组织结构、保障力量模块化编组以及建立相互信任的信息共享平台,实施业务流程重组,减少战勤保障业务中不必要保障环节,压缩冗长保障过程,以提高消防部队战勤保障效率。
The Business Process Reengineering will be put into effect by means of building a horizontal organization, a modularization establishment for fight - fighting force, and forming mutual trust and a sharing information platform. It reduces some unnecessary links and compresses a tedious process in fire rescue＇ logistics. It is the key to guaran-tee the fire -fighting efficiency.
