摘要
目的:建立HPLC法同时测定枳实中橙皮苷、柚皮苷、新橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC反相色谱法,Hypersil ODS2C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:0.1%磷酸(A)-乙腈(B)=82:18;流速:1.0m L/min;柱温:25℃,检测波长:283nm。结果:柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷分别在进样量0.422~3.376、0.141~1.128、0.523~4.184μg范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,加样回收率(n=6)分别为101.51%、97.81%、98.92%,RSD分别为1.53%、2.56%、1.75%,具较好的精密度、重复性和稳定性。结论:本法操作简便、准确,而且重现性好,可用于枳实多成分的质量控制。
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for simultaneously determining three components in Immature Bitter Orange. Methods: The quantitative analysis was carried out on a Hypersil ODS2( 250 mm × 4. 6mm,5μm) by simultaneous HPLC,using a mobile phase of 0. 05 mol / L phosphorous acid( A)- Acetonitrile( B) = 82: 18 with a flow rate of 1 m L. min- 1at 25 ℃,The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm. Results: The linear ranges of Naringin Hesperidin and Neohesperidin fell within the ranges of0. 422 ~ 3. 376、0. 141 ~ 1. 128、0. 523 ~ 4. 184μg,respectively. The recoveires( n = 6) of Naringin Hesperidin and Neohesperidin were101. 51% 、97. 81% 、98. 92% respectively,and the relative standard deviations were 1. 53% 、2. 56% 、1. 75%. Conclusions: The three components determined by this method are representative,which can be used for the simultaneous detemrination of the three constituents in Immature Bitter Orange.
