摘要
目的:对应用全面护理服务模式对合并患有冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的高血脂患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果进行研究。方法:选择在我院就诊的合并患有冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的高血脂患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组44例。采用常规心脑血管疾病护理模式对对照组患者实施护理;采用全面护理服务模式对观察组患者实施护理。结果:观察组患者对高血脂合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病治疗期间的护理服务满意度明显高于对照组;心电图检查结果恢复正常时间和住院治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组。结论:应用全面护理服务模式对合并患有冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的高血脂患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果非常明显。
Objective： The research into attaching comprehensive clinical nursing to patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia. Methods： Choosing a random selection of 88 patients with such complaints in our hospital and randomly dividing them into two equal groups,one of them was cared by common ways named＂comparing group＂while the other groups was nursed by comprehensive ways named＂observing group＂. Results： The nursing satisfaction of the＂observing group＂was significantly higher than that of the＂comparing group＂; the recovering time according to the electrocardiogram and the total treatment time was quite shorter than that of the＂comparing group＂. Conclusions： The comprehensive nursing mode has significant impact on the patients with hyperlipemia and coronary heart disease.
