不同早稻品种根系活力与产量的相关性研究

A Correlation Research on the Root Activity and Yield of Different Rice Varieties

为研究不同早稻品种根系活力与产量的相关性,以陆两优4026、金优458、荣优463、中早35 4个早稻品种和D38S作为研究材料,在实验室内利用水培法对5个水稻材料种子进行发芽处理,观察并记录根系的生长情况,记录根系的根数、根长和根重等数据;通过TTC还原法测定根系的活力大小;并在大田中种植各水稻材料,成熟收获后进行测产,研究根系活力和水稻产量的相关性。结果表明,根水稻的根系活力与其根系的各项参数(发根数量、根长和根重)呈显著正相关性;水稻根系活力与水稻产量有一定的相关性,根系活力与作物产量呈显著正相关性,提高水稻的活力特性对培育品质优良的水稻品种具有重要的参考价值。

In order to study the relationship rice root activity between the yield,we use Luliangyou4026,Jinyou458,Rongyou463,Zhongzao35 and D38 S as research material,Rice seeds were germinated in the laboratory,Then observe the record of the root system,the root number,root length,root weight and so on; The activity of root system was determined by TTC reduction method. Rice is planted in the field,and the yield of the rice in the mature. The results show,The root activity and root activity of root system were significantly correlated with the parameters of root system; There is a certain correlation between the root activity of rice and rice yield,The root activity and the yield of the crops were significantly correlated,To improve the dynamic characteristics of rice has important reference value for the cultivation of rice varieties with good quality.
