中职医学生就业能力的结构与测量

The Structure and Measurement of Medical Students' Employment Ability of Secondary Vocational School

运用自行编制的中职医学生就业能力调查问卷,通过对240名被试的调查,探讨了中职医学生就业能力的结构。探索性因素分析结果表明,就业能力由6个因素构成。六因素结构的结果在验证性因素分析中得到了证实。由此得到结论,中职医学生就业能力有六维结构:关键核心能力、性格特征、学习进取能力、待人接物能力、理解顿悟能力、解决问题能力。

Application of self made investigation on the employment ability of secondary medical school students through questionnaire,the survey of 240 subjects,structure dimensions on the employment ability of secondary medical school students is discussed. The results of exploratory factor analysis show that,the employment ability is composed of six factors. The six factor structure was confirmed in the confirmatory factor analysis. This conclusion,the employment ability of secondary medical school students have six dimensional structure： core ability,character,learning ability,the way one gets along with people ability,the ability of independent development,successful problem solving ability.
